





The System Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for systems, ensuring the proper functioning of the software platforms and solutions used by the company. This role involves identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to these systems, delivering prompt and effective solutions to ensure continuity of operational processes. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to internal and external users via phone, email, chat, or in person. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to the organization’s systems and software. * Monitor system performance and perform updates and corrections as needed. * Install and configure systems. * Assist with backup management and data recovery. * Conduct user training on system and tool usage. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, incident reports, and operational procedures. * Collaborate with the development team to implement system improvements and updates. * Track and log incidents in ticketing systems (Helpdesk). * Ensure data and system security by performing checks and ensuring compliance with IT policies. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networks, and hardware is a plus. * Prior experience in technical support and customer service (not mandatory). * Ability to efficiently identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical matters. * Availability for on-call shifts and remote work, as required.
