Assist children during free play and hygiene routines, always paying attention to comfort and safety. * **Assistance in Material Preparation:** Collaborate in preparing teaching materials and educational resources on schedule, following the Lead Teacher’s guidance to optimize the learning environment. * **Active Participation in Activities:** Engage enthusiastically in planned activities, contributing ideas and support to the Lead Teacher while encouraging children's active participation and attention. * **Promotion of Positive Discipline:** Maintain classroom routines and guidelines according to the principles of positive discipline, fostering an environment of mutual respect and empathy. * **Greeting and Farewell:** Welcome and dismiss students cordially, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere that strengthens their emotional connection with the school. * **Monitoring Performance and Routines:** Understand individual student needs, promote healthy self-esteem, and encourage children's development through consistent and appropriate reinforcement. * **Support in Hygiene Routines:** Take responsibility for hygiene routines, gradually teaching children to develop autonomy through playful guidance, especially in tooth brushing, hydration, hygiene, and other daily routines. * **Organization of Personal Belongings:** Guide students in organizing their personal items, checking backpacks daily to ensure all belongings are returned correctly to guardians. * **Responsible Use of Technology:** Use technological devices exclusively for work purposes, except during lunch breaks, maintaining focus on the classroom environment. * **Classroom Environment Management:** Maintain a calm and appropriate tone of voice to preserve a harmonious environment, guiding children to use their "inside voice" and managing activity volume levels. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, or Psychology (in progress or completed). * Fluent English. **Cultural Fit:** **We care** – Cares for people with respect and empathy.
