YARD ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY POSITION)

**Job Description:** ---------------------- Do you enjoy working outdoors and directly contributing to the smooth operation of logistics activities? Then join our team! We are seeking a YARD ASSISTANT to support company operations, ensuring organization, preservation, and assistance to the fleet in outdoor environments. We are looking for a committed, proactive individual willing to collaborate with daily operational routines, thereby enhancing efficiency and safety of daily tasks. Responsibilities: - Refuel the fleet with diesel oil and ARLA, adhering to company operational standards and safety regulations; - Perform basic and preventive vehicle maintenance, always upon prior authorization from the maintenance supervisor or immediate superior; - Assist with simple fleet preservation tasks, such as replacing straps and decals, lubricating components, and topping up oil levels; - Support minor trailer repairs and adjustments, including maintenance of corner guards, side rails, and carpet replacement; - Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe, ensuring an appropriate environment for movement and operations; - Support external operational demands, contributing to vehicle availability and smooth progress of logistics activities. What we expect from you: - Proactivity and willingness to perform operational tasks in outdoor environments; - Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; - Commitment to safety regulations and equipment preservation; - Ability to work well in teams and communicate effectively with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments; - Capacity to follow operational procedures and safely use manual tools.
