




Job Summary: Coordinate and optimize industrial maintenance to ensure asset reliability, availability, and performance, guaranteeing operational continuity and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate the planning and control of preventive and predictive maintenance. 2. Promote integration between maintenance, production, quality, and safety. 3. Develop strategies to increase the reliability of critical equipment. Ensure industrial asset reliability, availability, and performance through strategic planning, scheduling, and control of maintenance activities, guaranteeing operational continuity, process safety, and cost optimization. * Coordinate the planning and control of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, ensuring adherence to established schedules. * Implement and monitor maintenance performance indicators, carrying out improvements and adjustments to achieve better machine and equipment performance and availability. * Analyze failures and recurrences, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives for equipment and processes. * Ensure appropriate spare parts management in coordination with warehouse and procurement departments. * Promote PCM integration with Production, Quality, Safety, and PCP, ensuring alignment between maintenance and operations. * Participate in supplier qualification, collaborating with the Procurement Department to evaluate, validate, and monitor suppliers of maintenance items. * Ensure maintenance interventions comply with occupational safety standards, GMP, and applicable legal requirements. * Coordinate and develop the maintenance team, promoting training and engagement. * Participate in internal and external audits, providing required maintenance evidence and records. * Participate in company-organized events, encouraging and organizing participation of team members under responsibility. * Develop strategies to increase reliability of critical equipment. * Control maintenance budget, monitoring costs, contracts, and parts consumption.
