




This position is responsible for problem resolution, repair, and maintenance (corrective and preventive) of end-user computing equipment and peripheral devices in both industrial plant and office environments. The following requirements/knowledge are necessary to perform this role: . Ticket handling, monitoring and adhering to SLA, using a technical ticketing and metrics tracking tool based on the ITIL framework. . Identification and resolution of hardware and software issues on fixed equipment (e.g., desktops, scanners, video projectors), mobile devices (e.g., laptops, barcode readers, smartphones), networking equipment (e.g., switches or access points), and printers (laser and thermal). . Equipment management (using an IT asset management tool), including inventory/location tracking, warranty management, coordination with manufacturers, and maintenance procedures. . Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365, TCP/IP protocol (including connectivity troubleshooting), and tools such as Ghost/backup/restore. Additionally, intermediate English language proficiency, familiarity with ServiceNOW, and knowledge of Microsoft solutions such as Intune and Azure will be considered advantageous.
