We seek a Senior Customer Service Professional with experience in consultative sales, focus on the patient journey, and excellence in service. **Responsibilities** * Perform comprehensive service for private and insurance patients, from first contact through post-service. * Present services, differentiators, pricing, packages, and clinic workflows. * Actively drive conversion of private patient appointments using a consultative approach. * Conduct negotiations and commercial clarifications in accordance with clinic guidelines. * Operate in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp service channels efficiently and to premium standards. * Monitor the patient journey, guiding patients on documentation, authorizations, and scheduling. * Resolve inquiries, objections, and dissatisfaction professionally and with a results-oriented focus. * Contribute to front-desk organization and continuous improvement of service processes. **Requirements** * Senior customer service and consultative sales experience, preferably in healthcare services. * Experience negotiating and converting leads via in-person, telephone, or WhatsApp channels. * Experience serving private patients and medical insurance patients. * Excellent communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills. * Proficiency with digital tools and appointment scheduling systems. * Experience with Bradesco Saúde and Omint insurance plans is a plus. * Availability for full-time in-person work from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
