




* Provide support to Superfin customers regarding proper use and maintenance of the platform; * Carry out Superfin platform implementation routines (preparation, online meetings, and follow\-up); * Analyze requests from the customer base and present solutions within Superfin's capabilities; * Clarify for Superfin platform users matters related to: pricing and fees charged; * Seek tools that can circumvent limitations in the short term; * Conduct interventions via chat and calls to retain customers dissatisfied with any service offered by the company; * Produce instructional materials for internal and external use; * Assist in training new support/implementation team members; * Populate reports and spreadsheets for the risk and customer success departments; * Help develop and implement more effective internal processes that support team activities in service implementation and customer support. * Perform other job\-related tasks as determined by management. * Experience in user support and assistance using remote support and service tools; * Experience in software installation and configuration, and computer maintenance; * Proficiency in Office Suite and Web Systems; * Basic technical knowledge of microcomputing.
