Plan and optimize delivery routing * Maintain continuous contact with customers, providing support and information regarding transportation services; * Control and monitor loading and unloading activities, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in processes; * Manage driver and assistant teams, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to work schedules; * Conduct truck checklists, verifying safety conditions, documentation, and preventive maintenance prior to operations; * Monitor delivery progress, tracking deadlines and addressing unforeseen issues during transportation; * Plan and optimize delivery routing to achieve operational efficiency, cost reduction, and on-time delivery; * Issue and verify documents required for transportation operations, such as invoices, waybills, and operational reports; * Collaborate with the logistics team and other departments to ensure integration and effectiveness in operational processes; * Support management in implementing continuous improvements in transportation and distribution processes.
