Description

Responsibilities: * Be responsible for carrying out activities related to the distribution area, specifically regarding the issuance of manifests, data entry and/or verification of delivery and/or daily pickup invoices (NFs). * Activities involving sorting scheduling invoices and route planning. * Monitoring and supporting drivers during loading, ensuring compliance with established norms and procedures to guarantee service quality and required standards at the lowest possible cost. * Perform electronic manifest clearance to ensure system availability and up-to-date status, as well as to finalize processes and prevent issues or delays in receiving payments related to services rendered. * Control and close payments to contractors via the system. Periodically review customer and route registrations.
