Responsibilities: * Be responsible for carrying out activities related to the distribution area regarding the issuance of manifests, data entry and/or verification of delivery invoices and/or daily pickups. * Tasks involving separating scheduling invoices and route planning. * Monitoring and supporting drivers during loading, observing and complying with established rules and procedures to ensure services provided meet required quality standards at the lowest possible cost. * Perform electronic manifest closing to keep the system updated, finalize processes, and prevent issues or delays in receiving payments for services rendered. * Control and close payments to affiliated carriers through the system. Periodically review customer and route registrations.
