Coordination and follow-up with insurance companies. Organization of delivery receipts, trip adjustments, and invoice verification. MDF-e closure and trip cancellation. Trip monitoring: End-to-end tracking of trips. Support and assistance to drivers via WhatsApp. Handling of incidents (unloading, route deviations, damages). Updating trip status for customers. Reporting critical cases to supervision. Internal support: Assisting the team with operational requests. Resolving internal pending issues.
