Currently, ZDA has three industrial plants: Marília with Candies Snacks, Herculândia with UHT milk, and Marechal Cândido Rondon/PR with Dairy Derivatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Technical degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Maintenance, or related fields; * Experience in team management; * Strategic leadership skills; * Advanced Office suite proficiency; * Flexible availability. **Description:** * Ensure accurate production reporting and proper closing of orders; * Perform process and quality check-lists; * Check organization, hygiene and cleanliness of work areas; * Ensure raw material delivery from inventory by verifying requests; * Avoid overtime without prior Supervisor authorization; * Ensure compliance with weight procedures and achievement of targets; * Conduct daily audits on production lines.
