Job Summary: The professional will evaluate, monitor, and support pavement construction planning and control, managing data, schedules, and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in pavement construction planning and control 2. Responsibility for managing monthly and weekly schedules 3. Support in the pavement monitoring process Evaluate, monitor, and support pavement construction planning and control, as well as the monitoring of activities related to pavement works. Conducts data collection and analysis, and prepares schedules and reports using management systems. Responsible for consolidating, managing, and controlling monthly and weekly schedules with the concessionaire’s field teams; responsible for logging and closing non-conformities, RDOs (Reports of Deviations and Observations), and schedules to ensure contractual compliance with ARTESP. Provides support and follow-up in the pavement monitoring protocol process. Acts in alignment with the organization’s values. **Responsibilities and Duties** *Budget Management* *Support adherence to the approved budget and ensure contract management by the Concessionaire as defined in the business plan.* *Schedule Management* *Meet scheduled deadlines and ensure contract management so that there are no delays in deliverables agreed upon with the Granting Authority or stipulated in the Concessionaire’s business plan.* *Compliance with Standards* *Technically assess the acceptance of monitoring reports and third-party RDOs.* **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields (required) or currently enrolled in such a program; **EXPERIENCE** * Basic knowledge of construction planning and control is desirable. **SPECIFIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required); * Knowledge of highways is desirable; * Intermediate/advanced Power BI skills are a plus; * Report writing skills are desirable. **SKILLS** * Results-oriented; * Ownership mindset; * Commitment; * Process-oriented vision and decision-making ability; * Collaboration, influence, and ethics. **Additional Information** * Flexible working hours * Work location: Marília/SP * Administrative shift **BENEFITS** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance or food allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) Entrevias Concessionária de Rodovias S.A. is responsible for operating, maintaining, and modernizing the “Rodovias do Centro-Oeste Paulista” highway lot, comprising 570 kilometers of roads crossing the State of São Paulo, connecting Minas Gerais to Paraná.
