What will you do on a daily basis?* Conduct recruitment and selection of new employees. * Conduct job interviews and candidate evaluations. * Develop and update job descriptions and organizational charts. * Administer employee incentive programs. * Implement talent development and retention policies. * Manage organizational climate and promote internal marketing initiatives. * Conduct onboarding of new employees. * Maintain records and reports of HR metrics. Therefore, we require that you have:* Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Ability to handle information with confidentiality and ethics. * Proficiency in people management tools and HR systems. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability.
