Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) We are seeking a **Financial Controller Analyst** to strengthen our strategic management, ensuring consistent analysis, indicator control, and decision-making support. If you are analytical, organized, and possess business acumen, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and monitor budget (Budget and Forecast); * Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet); * Control costs and expenses, identifying improvement opportunities; * Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs); * Support management with managerial analyses and strategic reports; * Conduct economic feasibility analyses; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in controller functions, financial planning, or related areas; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced level); * Knowledge of data analysis and indicators; * Analytical, critical, and results-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with accounts payable and receivable. * Experience with ERP systems; * Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools; * Familiarity with automation tools. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher Card – BRL 30.00 per working day (approx.
