Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields; * Experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, preferably in medium to large Food Industry; * Leadership profile with focus on results; * Availability to reside in Marília\-SP. * Contribute to the development of the maintenance plan for the maintenance area, based on information from incident reports filled out by the team and analysis of the criticality of reported situations; * Supervise the team through guidance, monitoring, training and support in decision-making, disseminating guidelines; * Coordinate maintenance of equipment and industrial processes of machines, using internal teams or service providers, through corrective, preventive and predictive actions; * Manage operational activities related to Utilities, such as air compressors, steam generators, cooling towers, chilled water compressors and fuel gas central systems (LNG and LPG); * Provide technical mechanical guidance for project specifications and improvements in machines and equipment; * Participate in technical visits to service providers, verifying on-site requests made for packaging machines and equipment; * Propose and implement improvements in machines and equipment; * Record improvement actions, mechanical maintenance activities on machines and projects; * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental procedures, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices, among other job-related activities. 2510220202531824101
