Learn more about PepsiCo: PepsiCoJobs Responsibilities: **The opportunity** Responsible for executing and monitoring routine activities within the Food Safety pillar, aiming to meet Quality and Food Safety requirements and identify continuous improvement opportunities, within the volume limits defined in the AOP. **Your impact** * Ensure compliance with the Quality and Food Safety Policy; * Ensure compliance with the Environmental, Health and Safety Policy; * Ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety requirements for both process and finished product by monitoring process controls and performing appropriate holds of non-conforming products, as well as tracking immediate corrective actions for process deviations; * Support reduction of deviations that lead to consumer complaints, product holds, and production losses through execution of routine food safety monitoring; * Support Manufacturing in reducing deviations leading to consumer complaints, product holds, and production losses related to food safety, using the non-conformance management tool; * Safeguard finished product safety by verifying adherence to CCPs (Critical Control Points) and PRPs (Prerequisite Programs) through immediate actions and deviation follow-up; * Assist the Quality Supervisor in facilitating/executing meetings of the Food Safety Team (FST), as well as carrying out Pre-Requisite Program verification activities; * Support tracking of key process KPIs for the year by generating control data; * Handle chemicals used in quality laboratory analyses; * Use all PPE recommended for the area and comply with the established MASS Policy; * Minimize the negative impact of held products across the supply chain by expediting the handling and disposition of held products.
