




Responsible for managing the company's own store on Mercado Livre, focused on selling spare parts; providing preferential support to authorized dealers through digital channels; managing technical content on internal platforms; and monitoring Balmak products' online presence, ensuring compliance with the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. The professional will strategically and operationally support the reseller channel and technical after-sales service. Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; experience in e-commerce (preferably on Mercado Livre); familiarity with digital customer service routines (WhatsApp Business, email, phone); strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on technical clarity; knowledge of digital marketing and email marketing. Must reside in Americana or Santa Bárbara D'Oeste.
