We are seeking a **Support Analyst** to join our team and ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities: ➡ Provide support to clients and potential clients via ticket and phone, assisting with the use of the DPOnet platform; ➡ Address questions, record and route requests to responsible departments (legal, finance, product, sales, marketing, governance, culture, infrastructure, and technology); ➡ Assist clients during the initial journey of LGPD implementation on the platform; ➡ Register new companies/clients on the DPOnet platform; ➡ Report bugs and errors to the product team and suggest improvements; ➡ Receive and forward data subject requests; ➡ Provide technical support to students of the **Privacy University**, assisting with registrations and guidance regarding courses. Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: ✅ Minimum of 6 months of experience in support/customer service roles; ✅ Technical course or ongoing higher education in Technology and Communication fields is a plus; ✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills; ✅ Ability to interpret requests and respond clearly and objectively; ✅ Empathy and focus on delivering the best possible customer experience. Even better if you also have: ✔ Basic knowledge of SaaS support platforms; ✔ Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Windows); ✔ Proficiency in written Portuguese; ✔ Interest in privacy and information security.
