Maintenance of kitchen and utensil hygiene Main Responsibilities: * **Ingredient Preparation:** Wash, peel, cut, and portion food items. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Keep the kitchen, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized. * **Preparation Assistance:** Assist cooks in executing recipes, such as boiling, baking, and grilling. * **Inventory Control:** Check and replenish supplies, and ensure proper food storage conditions. * **Plating:** Assist in finalizing and presenting meal boxes before serving. * **Food Safety:** Follow hygiene and safety regulations to prevent contamination.
