Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Mission:** The mission of a Product Analyst is to act as a bridge between customer needs and business objectives—transforming opportunities into well-defined, viable, and relevant solutions. Your role involves understanding customers, interpreting data, prioritizing initiatives, detailing scope, anticipating risks, and collaborating across multiple teams to ensure consistent delivery. As an analyst, you must drive continuous product evolution by balancing experience, results, and technology to build efficient, high-value products. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Prioritize requests: Backlogs often exceed team capacity, requiring analysts to make decisions balancing financial viability, customer impact, urgency, and technical complexity. This demands analytical capability and stakeholder negotiation; * Transform problems and needs into solutions: Identify pain points, validate hypotheses, and translate insights into well-defined scopes. Requests frequently arrive vague, contradictory, or lacking data—requiring investigation, refinement, and cross-functional alignment; * Build comprehensive, detailed scopes: Ensure the product covers all scenarios—including workflows, exceptions, business rules, operational impacts, and risks. Incomplete scopes lead to rework, misalignment, and development delays; * Align stakeholders with differing interests: Reconcile expectations from Technology, UX, Growth, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Customer Support, and other areas. This requires clear communication, conflict management, influence, and the ability to defend product decisions; * Understand technical constraints and possibilities: Though not developers, analysts must grasp concepts such as APIs, integrations, software architecture, and system limitations—enabling better requirement writing, complexity estimation, and effective dialogue with Technology teams; * Make decisions: Define and monitor KPIs, measure impact, analyze usage metrics, and interpret trends.
