Provides user follow-up and engages with partner organizations **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prepares and delivers workshops and theoretical as well as reflective-experiential activities, both remotely and in person; this professional is responsible for implementing activities that foster human and professional development among users of the Organization's social programs and projects. Also performs user follow-up and maintains relationships with partner institutions (public and private). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Social Sciences, History, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Experience working with vulnerable groups is desirable. * Experience in youth and adult education. * Must reside in Sete Lagoas\-MG. * Workload: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 18:00\.); Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
