Professional to provide administrative support, manage travel and accommodations, control budgets, renew insurance policies, monitor assets, organize events, and interact with various departments and stakeholders.

Description:
* Higher education degree: Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields — completed.
* SAP system and Microsoft Office suite;
* Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish;
* Driver's license category B (preferred).
* Monitor administrative processes, providing departmental support; preparing spreadsheets; reviewing and archiving documents; controlling deadlines; locating and tracking processes and notifications;
* Develop the company’s annual travel and accommodation plan, collecting information from departments, building the plan and budget per cost center, and conducting monthly monitoring;
* Book company travel and accommodations according to departmental demands;
* Analyze and monitor departmental budgets, evaluating planned vs. actual vs. forecasted figures, and incorporating variances and updated forecasts for upcoming months;
* Analyze and manage renewal of insurance policies under the concession agreement, using a validity control spreadsheet, completing the renewal checklist, and submitting renewal requests to the insurance broker;
* Monitor asset damage. Conduct follow-up meetings, track reimbursements and compensations;
* Monitor coffee break services, receiving departmental requests and arranging coffee breaks either through BHA’s kitchen or direct procurement from service providers;
* Perform other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor, provided the employee is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience;
* Organize and manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and domestic and international travel for the Executive Board and Presidency;
* Handle telephone and in-person inquiries, filtering requests and directing topics according to priority;
* Draft, review, and translate documents, reports, emails, and presentations in Portuguese, English, and Spanish;
* Coordinate logistics for corporate events, stakeholder meetings, and institutional visits;
* Interact with internal departments and external partners, acting as a communication facilitator for the Executive Board and Presidency.
