




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for onboarding, offboarding, time tracking, payroll processing, document management, and employee support, ensuring labor compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Manages employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes. 2. Manages time tracking, hour bank, and assists in payroll closing. 3. Ensures labor and social security compliance, minimizing risks. Perform employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including document verification and organization; Monitor and manage electronic time tracking, hour bank, and work schedules; Assist in payroll closing, verification of statutory contributions and benefits (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, VT, VR, VA, among others); Issue and verify collection forms (GFIP, GPS, DARF); Manage files and maintain updated employee records (physical and digital); Monitor periodic medical examinations; Track collective bargaining agreements; Handle employment termination and offboarding procedures; Monitor leaves of absence, medical certificates, and vacations; Support employees by clarifying questions regarding payroll, benefits, pay slips, etc.; Support the organization of admission, periodic, and dismissal medical examinations; Assist in verifying ancillary obligations (eSocial, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF); Ensure proper fulfillment of labor and social security obligations; Support the HR department in efficient people and internal process management; Minimize labor liability risks through documentary and procedural compliance; Ensure high-quality employee service and reliability of personnel information; Contribute to departmental agility and organization.
