Job Summary: An administrative support professional focused on the CPS area, responsible for formatting proposals, interacting with customers, and managing documentation and sales processes. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support in Budget and Sales (CPS) processes 2. Formatting and editing of technical and commercial proposals 3. Management and control of documentation and customer history Execution of administrative support activities, including customer service and timely provision of information in CPS-area Budget and Sales processes, as well as support to the Projects area. Format and edit technical proposals related to the CPS area, reviewing texts and supporting the review of data and information. Contact customers to clarify commercial questions and obtain necessary information for developing secure and competitive proposals for the CPS area. Support commercial proposals based on customer documentation and assumptions. Maintain a record of customer inquiries/proposals and control departmental documentation to facilitate traceability and ensure prompt response to internal and external customer needs. Participate in critical review of the CPS department’s commercial proposals to ensure alignment with customer expectations and the company’s operational processes. Prepare necessary documentation for issuing Service Orders (SO) related to contracts signed for the CPS area. Access electronic portals to identify demand for receiving inquiries and sending commercial proposals. Control commercial demands received via e\-mail, performing triage and taking appropriate actions. Send commercial proposals to customers.
