Implement continuous improvements and reduce costs **We are looking for talent to serve as a Logistics Supervisor to lead and optimize all company logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and cost reduction. This professional will play a strategic role in managing people, processes, and technology.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** **Plan, coordinate, and supervise transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control activities;** **Ensure compliance with safety standards, labor legislation, and environmental requirements applicable to logistics;** **Implement continuous improvements in logistics processes;** **Lead and develop the team, promoting training and engagement;** **Propose strategies to reduce logistics costs.** **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Bachelor's degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields;** **Leadership experience in the field.** **Reside in Belo Horizonte \- MG.** **Location and Schedule:** **Belo Horizonte \- MG, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.** **Fixed salary \+ benefits.** Employment Type: CLT (Permanent) Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Please state your most recent salary and benefits. * Please indicate your level (basic, intermediate, advanced) in computer skills. * Do you have leadership experience in the Logistics field?
