Monitor operational performance indicators Main Responsibilities * Supervise operational logistics and cargo transportation activities; * Schedule and dispatch vehicles for loading and unloading; * Control operational documents and processes; * Track and monitor fleet status; * Negotiate shipments and align operations with customers; * Provide drivers with support regarding routes, tolls, and operational information; * Manage drivers' vacations and days off, and monitor vehicle maintenance; * Monitor operational performance indicators.
