Here, we value and encourage individuality in every person, within a healthy and collaborative work environment. **All our positions are inclusive and open to professionals with disabilities (PCDs).** Would you like to join us? **Come be Orguel!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Boilermaker, your responsibilities will include:** * Inspecting machines, instruments, and equipment; reporting anomalies and proposing improvements; * Fabricating and adapting equipment and templates, sizing, assembling, and securing components to meet production requirements; * Interpreting technical drawings, verifying dimensions, and ensuring conformity of assembled products; * Planning and organizing tasks, requisitioning materials, and preparing machines for activity execution; * Performing repairs, welding, and cutting while ensuring quality and safety throughout the process; * Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, applying safety standards and sound environmental practices; * Supporting your immediate supervisor in defining procedures and implementing improvements in the boiler-making department. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Experience in metrology (tape measure, ruler, caliper, protractor); * Knowledge of operating electric tools, torches, and MIG/electrode welding; * Basic knowledge of sheet metal cutting and bending. **Preferred qualifications include:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in maintenance of metal structures; * Agility, organization, focused attention, and analytical ability. **Additional Information** **By joining our team, Orguel offers the following benefits!** **Transportation:** Transportation allowance or company-provided shuttle service to facilitate your commute. **Meals:** On-site cafeteria offering a meal prepared with care. **Medical and Dental Assistance:** For you and your dependents.
