We are seeking professionals who have already completed their studies and/or have market experience and are interested in working temporarily on our projects, focusing on strategic design, service design, and facilitating workshops with contract durations of 1 to 3 months. **About the activities and responsibilities:** * Client-facing project management and follow-up; * Facilitation and coordination of innovation processes; * Active listening, interviews, and analysis of systemic organizational contexts; * Research—using diverse techniques and approaches—to understand context and generate inputs for projects; * Creation and adaptation of co-creation methodologies and tools; * Facilitation of workshops, interviews, and participatory observations; * Planning of processes/actions to develop solutions in strategic design and service design; * Development and design of new processes/services and/or diverse experiences **Minimum requirements:** * Degree in Design (or related field), preferably with specialization in service/strategic design; * Knowledge of research tools and techniques (quantitative and qualitative); * Design methodologies and tools for developing innovation projects **Desirable requirements:** Broad knowledge of design software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, among others) **About who we seek:** * Alignment with Nômade’s values * Creativity/Creative curiosity * Analytical thinking * Proactivity * Agility * Critical thinking * Organization * Communication skills * Collaborative mindset **Benefits:** Access to Nômade’s office at PUCRS’s Technology Park, as well as use of TECNOPUC facilities and the library.
