Here, we value and encourage individuality in a healthy and collaborative work environment. **All our job openings are inclusive and open to professionals with disabilities (PCDs).** Why not join us? **Come be Orguel!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Welder, your responsibilities will include:** * Performing welding of metal structures according to specifications using techniques such as MIG/MAG, shielded metal arc welding, and others; * Controlling parameters such as current, voltage, and welding speed to ensure joint quality; * Visually inspecting welds to identify defects such as cracks, porosity, and lack of fusion; * Adhering to occupational safety regulations and using required personal protective equipment (PPE); * Keeping the workplace clean and organized, following safety and environmental procedures; * Performing other duties related to the position; * Contributing to continuous improvement of welding processes.
