Description: Education: * Completed Technical Course Knowledge: * Planning and scheduling activities * Technical drawings * Maintenance of equipment in cement plant * Materials and services * Failure analysis techniques * Testing and measurements * Procure resources to ensure all materials, tools, and other items required for maintenance execution are available in a timely manner and in accordance with the technical specifications defined for work order execution. * Develop and monitor routine maintenance plans, scheduling inspections and regular services for equipment and facilities, defining priorities based on asset criticality and operational impact. * Ensure planning and scheduling of minor shutdowns, developing activity schedules to be executed by mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure teams, as well as providing necessary resources, aiming to guarantee interventions conducted with quality, safety, and within appropriate timeframes. * Develop the master schedule for minor shutdowns, indicating scheduled dates and activity durations, ensuring all execution steps are listed in the schedule, along with associated costs, to determine the critical path of the shutdown, identifying dependencies and total float among various activities to be performed during the shutdown. * Monitor daily the master schedule for minor shutdowns and its critical path during activity execution, reporting estimated time to complete all ongoing tasks, completed activities and time spent, pending activities, resource surplus or shortage, additional work arising during the shutdown, as well as actual costs compared against budgeted costs. * Participate in pre-shutdown preparation meetings involving mechanical, electrical, safety, production, and procurement departments, ensuring timely execution of agreed-upon actions. * Serve as liaison between Maintenance and Procurement to monitor and follow up on purchasing processes, controlling delivery timelines and resolving technical queries during procurement, thereby ensuring timely material delivery for shutdown execution. * Support updating the computerized system by collecting technical equipment information to register assets, operational locations, personnel, maintenance plans, areas, materials, and services, in accordance with formal requests from users and/or customers of the Maintenance Planning Department. * Prepare reports and indicators, and complete internal documents in compliance with Cimento Nacional’s standards and procedures. * Support the immediate supervisor in preparing the Unit’s maintenance budget and investment plans, providing technical justifications, major shutdown schedules, and risk assessments. 2511290202181836495
