Collaboration with procurement and supplier analysis for quality **JOB MISSION:** Ensure maximum efficiency, reliability, and availability of equipment and facilities used by the company through strategic planning and control of maintenance activities. Guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements, contributing to operational excellence and product safety. **Responsibilities:** Develop and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for equipment and facilities. Schedule technical shutdowns for maintenance in alignment with production departments, ensuring equipment availability. Develop and track maintenance schedules, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. Monitor maintenance activities, record interventions performed, and analyze efficiency metrics. Manage the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring up-to-date records and equipment history. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). Control inventory of spare parts and supplies required for maintenance, preventing activity interruptions. Collaborate with the procurement department for acquisition of materials and technical services. Participate in technical evaluation of suppliers and service providers. Complete all forms required by the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of company processes.
