• Measure dry and wet film thickness on parts; • Measure ambient temperature and air humidity; • Perform final checklist for viscosity, wet film thickness, and paint preparation report to assess the painting quality level of parts; • Record production time (time tracking) to monitor and meet scheduled deadlines; • Request pallet handling process to the warehouse area; • Request raw materials from the warehouse department via authorized and properly completed requisition forms; • Receive and inspect pallets, and sign the receiving delivery note; • Monitor loading of parts shipped to customers using the delivery note generated by the Production Planning and Control (PPC) department; • Complete required documentation, including Trend Chart and 5S Audit records, to comply with established procedures; • Clean equipment (chains and part supports); • Perform recycling of thinner and solvents; • Participate in internal and external audits; • Assist in training newly hired employees for this position; • Evaluate service levels through analysis and visual inspection; • Perform other duties inherent to the department as directed by the immediate supervisor; • Attend trainings and meetings as required; • Comply with Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations. • Maintain organization and cleanliness of equipment and workplace.
