Job Summary:
Opportunity for a commercial and communicative professional to manage relationships, prospecting, and retention of transportation companies, with a focus on results and institutional strengthening.

**Requirements**
* Knowledge of the transportation and logistics sector (preferred);
* Prior experience in unions, associations, corporate customer service, or commercial areas;
* Commercial, communicative, and persuasive profile, with strong negotiation and corporate outreach skills;
* Proactivity, dynamism, and results orientation;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to deliver presentations and conduct institutional outreach;
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word;
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide service, manage relationships, and foster loyalty among affiliated transportation companies and partners;
* Prospect new companies by presenting the benefits of membership and expanding the union membership base;
* Conduct proactive outreach (phone, WhatsApp, in-person visits, and email) to acquire and retain members;
* Support administrative and commercial tasks;
* Assist with routine administrative activities;
* Monitor services offered by the union and support the communications department, news, and publications;
* Support activities related to RNTRC.
**Institutional and Commercial Promotion**
* Promote union training programs, events, campaigns, and services to companies within the membership base;
* Serve as local support for event organization (attendance lists, certificates, and coffee breaks);
* Strengthen the union’s institutional image in the region.
**Surveys, Prospecting, and Regional Mapping**
* Identify opportunities for growth of the union membership base in the region;
* Assess local needs (infrastructure, regulation, training, safety, etc.);
* Conduct quick surveys with transportation companies and carriers (via forms, WhatsApp, or interviews);
* Map strategic topics for commercial, institutional, and event-related initiatives;
* Prepare monthly reports summarizing outcomes, activities performed, and identified opportunities;
* Collect company feedback for continuous improvement of services offered.
