Enrollment processing and follow-up with prospective candidates ***Job Responsibilities:*** * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp support to students, guardians, and visitors; * Organize the front desk and provide administrative support to the team; * Schedule appointments and manage calendars for classes, meetings, and events; * Collect payments and issue receipts/proof of payment; * Present courses and clarify questions regarding methodology and fees; * Process enrollments and conduct follow-up with prospective candidates (follow\-up). ***Requirements:*** * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor; * Organizational ability, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and email); ***Working Hours:*** * Afternoon and evening shifts, including Saturday mornings.
