Job Summary: Manage reservation systems, make beds, restock supplies, and attend to guests at a hostel. Key Highlights: 1. Guest service 2. Reservation management 3. Bed making and restocking supplies * Guest service (welcoming guests at check-in, requesting identification documents, providing hostel information, answering questions, etc.); * Managing reservation systems (verifying, recording, and updating reservations made via websites such as Booking.com or directly with the hostel); * Making guests' beds; * Restocking supplies (monitoring shortages of hygiene products, bed linens, or other supplies); * Conducting inventory counts.
