Job Summary: Responsible for restocking, organizing, and pricing products; monitoring inventory; negotiating shelf space; implementing merchandising initiatives; collecting market intelligence (e.g., pricing, competitors, promotions); and supporting tasting or demonstration activities. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic in-store activities focused on organization and merchandising. 2. Opportunity to negotiate and secure additional shelf space. 3. Development of relationships with sales teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Restock shelves, racks, and additional display locations; * Ensure organization, pricing, and cleanliness of display areas; * Monitor stockouts, inventory levels, and product expiration dates; * Negotiate and secure additional shelf space at the point of sale (POS); * Implement merchandising materials according to campaign guidelines; * Collect market information (e.g., prices, competitors, promotions); * Support tasting or demonstration activities; * Maintain positive relationships with store managers, buyers, and point-of-sale staff. REQUIREMENTS: * Easy access to the region; * Completed high school education; * Driver's license category A; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
