Responsibilities * Lead and manage teams across multiple secondary packaging lines. * Ensure adherence to the production plan, focusing on productivity, quality, safety, and cost control. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation management (work orders, records, reconciliations, logbooks). * Monitor KPIs (OEE, efficiency, scrap, deviations, safety). * Plan resources (shift scheduling, vacations, time bank, multi-skilling) and manage team performance. * Conduct daily meetings (asaichi) and alignments with operators. * Ensure operational safety and integration of new employees. * Interface with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Safety departments to support production lines. * Support investigations, deviations, and corrective/preventive actions. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education (mandatory). * Preferred: Technical courses in Production/Pharmaceutical/Quality, Leadership, Lean Manufacturing, GMP, Quality Tools (5S, PDCA, Kaizen), and intermediate Excel. **Preferred Knowledge:** * GMP applied to secondary packaging (labeling, coding, traceability). * People management (scheduling, attendance, onboarding, feedback, and operational discipline). * SAP for data entry and material control; Excel for KPIs. **Personal Attributes:** * Strong, respectful leadership capable of engaging others. * Organization, discipline, and attention to detail. * Sound decision-making and sense of priority. * Clear communication and openness to feedback. * Collaborative conflict resolution. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. **Key Challenges of the Role:** * Manage and develop a team of approximately 100 people while maintaining standards, discipline, and engagement. * Ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity, preventing deviations and unplanned stoppages. * Reduce losses and increase efficiency. * Guarantee documentary compliance and traceability in accordance with GMP. * Manage shift schedules and multi-skilling to cover vacations and absenteeism. * Cross-functional teamwork (Quality, Maintenance, Safety, Logistics) Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2,194.50 – R$2,403.50 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
