A large multinational company in the highway concession sector is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to directly coordinate the planning department and lead the entire team. The role involves developing, advancing, and updating the overall concession schedules, ensuring strategic alignment across all departments. The incumbent will play a central role in critical schedule analysis, consolidating information, and presenting planning reports and minutes to senior management and the granting authority. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Technical management: guide the Planning team to ensure consistent and standardized deliverables. * Critical and strategic analysis: review schedules and reports with a holistic perspective, focusing on risks and impacts. * Information presentation: prepare and present executive planning reports to the board of directors and ANTT. * Cross-departmental integration: coordinate data from contracts, procurement, regulatory affairs, environment, and budgeting. * Contractual compliance: ensure adherence to all deadlines stipulated in the PER and the concession agreement. * Risk and contingency management: anticipate schedule deviations and propose effective solutions. * Lead the planning team, ensuring activity alignment and technical development. * Develop, review, and consolidate the overall concession schedules. * Maintain continuous communication with contract managers, procurement teams, and other departments. * Conduct periodic update meetings and draft planning minutes. * Prepare executive reports and presentations for the board of directors and the granting authority. * Support the definition of strategies to mitigate delays and risks. * Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and PER requirements. * Serve as the communication link between planning and other technical departments. * The Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for managing the CapEx implementation schedule of the concession. ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Solid experience in scheduling large infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI. * Knowledge of project management and PMBOK methodologies. * Experience with concession agreements and ANTT regulations is preferred. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Leadership and ability to build and develop teams. * Assertive communication and effective interpersonal skills. * Strategic vision, sharp logic, and critical analysis. * Ability to make decisions under pressure. * Organization, discipline, and accountability. * Proactivity, resilience, and professional ethics.
