Job Summary: The Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for managing quotations, supplier negotiations, purchase order issuance, and MRP routine processing, ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Highlights: 1. Quotation management and supplier negotiation. 2. MRP routine processing and report analysis. 3. Supplier monitoring and quality certifications. PURCHASING SUPERVISOR POSITION Location: Sete Lagoas \- MG Responsibilities: Conducting quotations and procurement of direct and indirect materials. Quoting devices and equipment for the factory. Negotiating with suppliers. Quoting and contracting domestic and international freight services. Issuing Purchase Orders and placing orders in the system. Releasing invoices to Finance. Processing MRP routines. Analyzing reports generated by the MRP system. Ensuring sourcing, selection, and procurement activities align with company and IATF principles and policies, meeting cost and timeline requirements. Follow\-up with suppliers. Participating in supplier meetings. Coordinating with the PCP team on supplier matters. Monitoring supplier quality certifications. Analyzing price adjustments. Analyzing supply contracts. Participating in meetings with coordinators and management. Preparing and presenting performance indicator data for meetings. Preparing calculation records for export purposes. Directly liaising with internal teams to meet group demands. 5S audits. Preparing documentation for audits. Managing activities performed by department staff. Promoting subordinate growth and development. Preparing and presenting indicators at the monthly meeting. Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade) Postgraduate studies in procurement-related fields are desirable. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; KPI management and results reporting; ERP system knowledge **DESIRED:** Ability to read and understand: Projects, Technical Specifications, Drawings Monday to Thursday – 08:00 to 18:00; Friday until 17:00 Salary \+ Benefits Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
