Job Summary: The Commercial Assistant enhances commercial operations and contributes to the growth of MAIS AMOR ALIMENTOS by supporting daily routines, customer service, and departmental processes. Contribute to improving processes and departmental organization **MAIS AMOR ALIMENTOS is seeking a Commercial Assistant to enhance our commercial operations.** **Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing, verifying, and tracking commercial orders; * Support administrative and operational routines within the commercial department; * Register and update customers, products, and information in the system; * Provide support in customer service, for representatives and the sales team; * Monitor delivery deadlines and order progress with relevant departments; * Organize departmental documents, reports, and internal controls; * Assist in gathering commercial data and performance indicators; * Support the Commercial Assistant with daily tasks and departmental projects; * Contribute to improving processes and departmental organization. **Requirements** * Experience in commercial support activities * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields) * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * Meal allowance: BRL 16.50 per day / no payroll deduction * Food basket * Transportation allowance or fuel card / flexible CAJU card * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Gympass * Online access to nutritionist and psychologist services (twice per month) * Scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate studies through Anhanguera University * Discounts at Pague Menos pharmacy chain This role will contribute to the growth and efficiency of MAIS AMOR ALIMENTOS’ commercial operations.
