**Responsibilities and duties**
* Ensure technical alignment across all personnel involved in GI (Installation Management) processes on construction sites, delivering training focused on team development and enabling them to replicate knowledge across regional offices. Conduct ongoing technical studies and validate updates to procedural documents, such as PES, POs, and project standardizations.
* Standardize the scope of specialized supply services and manage the technical registration and validation required for approving new materials, with emphasis on feedback loops and innovation. Continuously seek new material and execution-process solutions that promote construction industrialization.
* Serve as the technical focal point for Supply and Project areas, leading monthly regional meetings to share best practices and address deviations. Promote standardization of PEV (Pre-Execution Verification) checklists, restructure GI processes, and unify procedures, tools, and rituals.
* Conduct strategic, tactical, and operational analyses related to retests, technical competency, post-delivery issues, and metrics such as IISERV and IIMAT. Act as the focal point with utility providers, conduct cost analyses for central kits, and carry out analytical studies to support decision-making.
* Implement effective risk management through training and proactive deviation-anticipation initiatives. Prepare managerial reports (GI Reports) and lead monthly meetings to analyze KPIs and monitor overall GI performance.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering;
* Understanding of Production process dynamics and operations (day-to-day site activities);
* Engineering knowledge;
* Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI);
