Main Responsibilities: * Restock merchandise on shelves, ensuring product availability in-store; * Check product expiration dates, guaranteeing quality and safety of items on our shelves; * Maintain warehouse and display area organization, providing customers with an enjoyable and convenient shopping experience; * Respond to customer requests, delivering excellent service and ensuring their satisfaction; * Assist with product pricing and labeling, ensuring accuracy and transparency of information provided to customers; * Monitor and control inventory levels, reporting restocking needs to your immediate supervisor, thereby contributing to process efficiency. Requirements: * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; * Basic computer literacy; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
