




Description: What we expect from you * \+1 year of experience in customer service and/or technical support; * Prior experience with multiple communication channels (e\-mail, chat, and WhatsApp), as well as ticket management tools and CRM systems; * Previous experience with Google Workspace; * Strong critical and analytical skills; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Habit of reading (as this role requires extensive reading); * Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in technology-related fields; * Availability to work on a 5x2 schedule from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., fully on\-site in São Leopoldo/RS, with rotating days off—i.e., not always on weekends and/or holidays.
