Supports customers and team members, contributing to service quality. **JOB DESCRIPTION – PHARMACY SHELF STOCKER** **Position:** Pharmacy Shelf Stocker **Department:** Store / Operations **Reports to:** Store Manager / Assistant Manager **Position Objective** Ensure product replenishment, organization, and preservation in sales areas and warehouse, guaranteeing proper display, accurate pricing, and item validity, thereby contributing to a satisfying customer shopping experience. **Main Responsibilities** Replenishment and Organization * Restock merchandise on shelves and gondolas according to store layout. * Ensure continuous product availability, preventing stockouts. * Organize products according to established standards (planogram). Pricing and Validity * Verify and ensure accurate product pricing. * Check expiration dates, implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory control. * Identify and segregate expired, damaged, or packaging-compromised products. Inventory Control * Assist in receiving and verifying incoming merchandise. * Organize inventory appropriately and safely. * Support periodic inventory counts. Cleaning and Preservation * Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, gondolas, and warehouse. * Ensure proper presentation of the department. Customer Service * Assist customers in locating products. * Refer specific inquiries to the pharmacist or technical supervisor when necessary. Requirements * Prior experience in shelf stocking or retail is a plus. * Organization, agility, and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
