Responsibilities and Duties: Key Challenges of the Role: * Manage and develop a team of approximately 100 people while maintaining standards, discipline, and engagement. * Ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity by preventing deviations and unplanned stoppages. * Reduce waste and increase efficiency. * Guarantee documentation compliance and traceability in accordance with GMP requirements. * Manage shift scheduling and cross-training to cover vacations and absenteeism. * Collaborate across departments (Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and Logistics). Work Schedule: 44-hour weekly schedule, Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:48 PM (1st shift) and 4:30 PM – 1:48 AM (2nd shift).
