The position is on-site in **Pedro Leopoldo – MG**, open to professionals from **any location in the country** who are interested in working on-site in the city. Responsibilities and Duties: * Directly engage in **pharmaceutical production**, in accordance with technical standards and current legislation. * Perform formula compounding, verification, and release, ensuring quality, safety, and traceability. * Monitor and ensure compliance with **Good Compounding Practices (GCP)**. * Verify raw materials, inputs, and packaging materials. * Complete and control technical documentation and production records. * Support internal training related to production processes and quality. * Collaborate with Quality, Development, and Procurement departments. * Contribute to process improvement, routine standardization, and laboratory organization. Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in **Pharmacy**. * Active CRF registration. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**. * Interest and profile oriented toward **production and laboratory routine**. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in **compounding pharmacy**. * Experience with **clean areas, injectables, sterile products, or solids/liquids**. * Knowledge of ANVISA regulations and good practices. * Courses or specializations focused on pharmaceutical production.
