Work at an **industrial waste recycling plant**, focusing on **operational management, safety, productivity, and team leadership**. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate recycling and selective collection operations * Ensure environmental compliance and occupational safety * Lead operational teams and monitor KPIs * Guarantee productivity, equipment efficiency, and cost control **Requirements** * Technical or higher education degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related fields * Experience in industrial operations/recycling * Leadership skills, resilience, and flexible availability * Driver’s license category B **Total Remuneration:** **R$ 4.060,00** * Base salary: R$ 2.600,00 * Bonus: R$ 500,00 * Position of trust allowance: R$ 960,00 **Benefits** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance: R$ 600,00 * Fuel allowance: R$ 500,00 "This is not an administrative position.
