Join us as one of the \#TalentosCN! **Responsibilities and Duties** * This position is responsible for risk management and implementation of legal OHS programs, ensuring compliance and prevention across all operations. * Conduct training and capacity-building coordination, perform inspections and behavioral interventions, and manage PPE and engineering controls. * Analyze and approve Work Permits, and manage accidents and incidents—including investigation, handling, and improvement actions. * Manage third-party contractors, monitor performance indicators, supervise critical activities, and ensure adherence to internal rules and processes. * Actively contribute to advancing the unit's OHS maturity, supporting cultural transformation and strongly engaging in field-based identification and resolution of issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek a candidate with:** * Technical degree in Occupational Health and Safety, registered with the competent authority. * Knowledge of the SOC system. * Knowledge of SAP. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with management systems. * Prior experience in Risk Level 4 companies. **You will stand out if you have:** * Fire Brigade training certification. * NR-33 and NR-35 Instructor certification. * Experience in manufacturing industry (preferably cement industry). **Location and Work Schedule:** * Sete Lagoas/MG Plant * 12x36 shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM); on-site **Additional Information** **JOIN OUR TEAM** We invite you to become part of CN’s talent pool and join us on our continuous journey toward operational excellence, socio-environmental responsibility, and sustainable development.
