Job Summary:
Marketing Intern to support social media, e-commerce, operational design, and reporting, with a focus on audience engagement, content management, and data organization.

**30 hours per week, schedule negotiable**
**Role: Marketing Intern**
**1\. Social Media and Content Support**
* **Monitoring and Engagement:** Respond to comments and DMs (direct messages) while maintaining the brand's voice.
* **Post Scheduling:** Use tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite) to schedule posts planned by the Analyst.
* **Store Coverage:** Visit store locations to capture simple photos and videos (behind-the-scenes, daily promotions, arrivals of fragrance products).
**2\. E\-commerce Support (Operational)**
* **Product Listing:** Upload photos and technical descriptions of new products onto the e\-commerce platform.
* **Price and Inventory Audit:** Verify that website promotions align with those advertised by the agency.
* **Benchmarking:** Weekly monitoring of pricing and marketing activities of competing pharmacies.
**3\. Design Adaptations (Operational Design)**
* **Asset Adaptation:** If the Analyst creates a primary banner, the intern produces adapted versions for Stories, WhatsApp, and Feed (format adjustments).
* **In\-Store Signage:** Create simple promotional posters (e.g., "Buy 3, Pay for 2") and customized price tags for seasonal events.
* **File Organization:** Maintain an organized cloud-based repository of product images and logos.
**4\. Reporting and Administrative Tasks**
* **Data Collection:** Extract basic social media metrics (reach, likes, clicks) for monthly reports.
* **Event/Initiative Support:** Assist in organizing in\-store "Health Days" (blood pressure checks, dermocosmetic brand activations).
Compensation: R$900.00 \- R$1\.100,00 per week
